Individual Coaching
Completed in the family home, this session is for ages birth to 1 year. Individual coaching sessions are an hour long and focus on motor skills appropriate for your child’s age, review of upcoming milestones by month, and hands-on activities to promote skill development. I will provide guidance regarding equipment and routines and be available via email between sessions.
1 coaching session: $115
3 coaching sessions package: $325
6 coaching sessions package: $650
Group Classes
Group classes are for 3-6 participants and are 45 minutes long. These classes are appropriate for infants up through the pre-crawling milestones. The caregiver and child will be led in activities to promote development, with a focus on tummy time and corresponding milestones. Caregivers are welcome to ask questions, practice skills with coach assistance, and network with other parents for support.

Speaking Engagements
Available by appointment for in-services at daycares and preschools.
Past presentations include Noah’s Ark Preschool, CELC-St. David’s, St. John’s Catholic Preschool, St. Louise de Marillac Preschool, Namaste Montessori, Tender Shepherd Preschool, Christ Church Preschool, Trinity Weekday School, Peters Township Public Library, Upper St. Clair Public Library, Clarion University Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, California University Physical Therapy Assistant Program, and various local parent support groups.

Acting as a wellness coach, I can help you detect any delays as early as possible and refer you back to your pediatrician for further assessment. If this service is necessary, I can ease the transition away from my wellness services and to skilled intervention. As a reminder, coaching sessions are conducted by a pediatric physical therapist working in a wellness capacity. No physical therapy interventions are provided through this model. Parents interested in pediatric physical therapy should discuss with their child’s pediatrician.
